On the other hand, the horizontal model provides a generous operating platform that's fantastic for handling various wheel sizes. This machine is incredibly easy to use! With its user-friendly interface, you’ll be set up in no time. It automatically plots the wheel contour and generates the machining program. No prior experience is necessary; training will require approximately one to two hours, with proficiency typically attained within one to three days.

The AWR26E and AWR26 models, as well as our wheel polishers and wheel straighteners, are backed by a 1-year warranty. In contrast, other machines in our lineup provide a 2-year warranty.

To ensure optimal equipment performance, please follow this maintenance schedule: daily, remove aluminum shavings from the spindle and tool holder; weekly, clean the guideway surfaces; monthly, inspect and replace the guideway oil and clean the filter; and quarterly, refresh the ventilation openings and check the electrical components. Adhering to this schedule will help maintain the equipment in excellent condition.
